This picture was taken the day that me, my family, and friends painfully said goodbye to Chuck and he passed away. Chuck’s Gift is not just the love and memories that Chuck left us, it is the lessons he taught us and the journey that we went on to help save his life. WHAT IS CHUCK’S GIFT? Chuck’s Gift is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded by Tom and Cathy Viscounte in 2018. Chuck’s Gift is fully funded by 100% tax deductible gifts and 100% of all funds go directly to the outreach and costs to keep the project going. Chuck’s Gift is currently a 100% volunteer organization, and NO ONE RECEIVES A SALARY.
