Welcome to Chuck’s Gift
Hello, my name is Tom and, in the picture below, is
me and my best friend, Chuck (Chuckie). This picture
was taken the day that me, my family, and friends
painfully said goodbye to Chuck and he passed
away. Chuck’s Gift is not just the love and memories
that Chuck left us, it is the lessons he taught us and
the journey that we went on to help save his life.
